2 egg whites
1 1/3 coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
(makes 12 cookies)
Beat egg white (quick as can be) until still. SLOWLY add the remaining ingred. Grease cookie sheet and drop 12 cookies. Cook at 325 for 20 minutes. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!
